Askaran Binjraj – Exchange & Return Policy
At Askaran Binjraj, we are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience. To ensure transparency and mutual understanding, we request our valued customers to kindly review the following Exchange & Return Policy in detail:
Process
- Initiate an Exchange : To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at the store. Alternatively you can reach at info.askaranbinjraj@gmail.com or call us at 03712 244 247 / 88119 66701.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
Exchange Eligibility and Conditions
- Customers may request an exchange within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase
- To be eligible for an exchange:
- The original purchase invoice (cash memo) must be presented at the time of exchange.
- The product must be unused, in saleable condition, and have all original tags, barcode labels, and brand logos securely affixed.
- Any item without the original tag or barcode will not be considered for exchange.
Exchange requests will be entertained only after 1:00 PM on working days. No exceptions will be made.
No Cash Refund Policy
- Cash refunds are strictly not allowed.
- If the customer does not wish to exchange the item immediately, a credit note will be issued as per store policy.
Credit Note Policy
- In lieu of a return, customers will receive a credit note equivalent to the value of the returned item.
- The credit note can be redeemed in-store only within its validity period.
- The credit note is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Non-Exchangeable Product Categories
To maintain hygiene and customer safety, we do not allow exchanges for the following product categories under any circumstances
- Undergarment
- Blankets
- Travel Gear (Bags, Suitcases, etc.)
- Jewellery
- Watches
- Cosmetics
- Toys
- Footwear
- Accessories
- Kitchen Appliances
- Steel Utensils
- Glassware
- Crockery
- Plasticware
- White Garments (due to delicate nature and easy staining)
Products Purchased Under Offers/Promotions
- Products purchased during Special Offers, Discount Sales, End of Season Sales (EOSS), Promotions, or Stock Clearance Sales are not eligible for exchange or return.
- All such sales are considered final.
Altered or Modified Products
- Products that have been altered, customized, resized, washed, or damaged post-purchase will not be accepted for exchange.
- Customers are requested to check fitting, size, and quality at the time of purchase.
Product Quality Disclaimer
- No guarantee is provided on colour fastness or shrinkage of garments or fabrics.
- Customers are advised to follow wash-care instructions strictly to maintain product longevity.
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST/VAT/etc.) as per the prevailing government norms.
Customer Due Diligence
- Before leaving the billing counter, customers must:
- Check their cash memo/invoice.
- Verify the correctness of billed amount
- Ensure receipt of all purchased items
- Collect their personal belongings
- No complaints regarding billing discrepancies or missing items will be entertained after leaving the store premises.
Manufacturer Warranty Support
- Any issues related to the product warranty (functionality, repair, service, parts replacement, etc.) will be the sole responsibility of the product’s manufacturer.
- Customers are advised to:
- Refer to the warranty card/manual provided by the manufacturer.
- Contact the manufacturer’s service center or support helpline directly for assistance.
- Askaran Binjraj will not be responsible for resolving warranty-related claims, unless explicitly stated by the brand.
Final Authority for Exchange Decisions
- The management reserves the right to inspect the returned product and determine:
- Whether the product is unused
- Whether it is in good, resalable condition
- Whether it complies with all exchange criteria
- The decision of Askaran Binjraj management will be final and binding in all matters pertaining to exchanges and returns.
