Refunds

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts not due to our error.

Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info.askaranbinjraj@gmail.com.
  • Process: To exchange an item, follow the return process and specify that you would like an exchange.

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
